About Saks Corner
I started out from a small corner shop and a tiny workshop in Salt River Cape Town.
My love for the simplicity and quality of mid century design took me on the path of my Grandfathers Harry and Harry. One was a carpenter and the other owned a general store in Parkmore.
Today my busy workshop makes a wide range of quality solid wood furniture, decor and upholstered items. With an emphasis on sustainable design without waste.
Everything we make is available online, or contact to meet by arrangement at our Kensington workshop, where we are establishing a small showroom.
