Go Sport has built a reputation for being the region’s trusted sport retail destination that delivers on the promise of great customer service, product availability and partnerships with the world’s best brands. We were asked to re-create the brand’s experience zones such as customisation, bike services, women’s, outdoors and team sports. By studying the overall vision and assessing in-store consumer behaviour, we were able to identify areas to incorporate digital experiences and create furniture and fixtures that elevated each zone into an experience in itself.
