Blockhouse prefabricated modules are built at the factory and delivered to site for installation in a day. These make for the perfect man caves or she sheds as a freestanding unit that you can call your own. These units are designed for maximum comfort and aesthetic appeal for modern living. The Villa

This unit starts as a basic 3m x 6m structure which offers a contemporary look as a welded steel rectangular tube. You can then choose your preference between a one or two-bedroom unit with or without a bathroom, lounge and kitchen.

The Bungalow

This unit is 2,5m x 4m with a pitched roof. Similar to the Villa, the Bungalow can be customised as a furnished or unfurnished option.

The Lodge

The basic lodge structure covers 18sqm of floorspace. Furthermore, you have the option of adding a lounge, bathroom and kitchen and expanding the space to 36sqm.

The Mono

The Mono unit is 2,4m x 4,8m. As such, it is the perfect compact size to offer you space to build a small she shed or man cave. You could also use as an additional guest room or den.
