Spotlight Milan Design Week 2023
The hottest event in design, the Milan Design Week 2023 will run from 17 to 23 April in Milan, Italy.
Visitors to the fair can look forward to several stellar exhibitions and events, including Salone del Mobile (the world’s largest furniture fair).
Some of the most exciting exhibitions to look out for at the fair are:
Who: Besana Carpet Lab
Where: Booth E47, Hall 6, Salone del Mobile
What: Designer carpets by Marco Guazzini and Studiopepe, including Guazzini’s novel “Marwoolus Carpet”, which features the designer’s patented Marwoolus pattern.
Who: Stories of Italy
Where: Alcova, Stanza L8, Viale Molise 62
What: Stories of Italy will be showcasing their “Broken Charm” chandelier which is completely customisable just like the jewellery that inspired it, along with other lighting designs.
Who: Dante Negro
Where: Convey c/o BasicVillage
What: Specialising in wrought-iron furniture since 1962, Dante Negro will be presenting three outdoor collections that highlight the potential of this underrated material. On display will be Margherita Rui’s Dolmen collection and two new additions by Zanellato/Bortotto and Stormo Studio.
Who: Bene
Where: Bene Showroom, Foro Buonaparte 53
What: A leader in the field of office design and furniture, Austrian brand company Bene will be exhibiting a re-edition of their Casual by Bene collection for the outdoors.

What: The French brand will be exhibiting an immersive collection of art and craft pieces inspired by the works of Japanese artist Kiyoshi Saito.
