Chair Crazy: Happy Palettes
We know it may still seem gloomy out there, but the good news is that we can look forward to a multitude of colour and trending new textures this summer. According to lifestyle writer, Sophie Warren Smith, we can expect ice-cream pastels, glittery golds, indigo blues and super zingy colours this season.
Let the concept of renewal, personified by the unfurling of springtime, inspire you to rejuvenate your home with some fresh new colours and make this a season of crazy celebration.
Chair Crazy is going mad over these new Replica Beetle Chairs. These stylish seats come in a variety of shades and textures to suit any space you may be looking to revive. Originally designed by GamFratesi, the Copenhagen-based design firm, the beetle chair is inspired by an actual beetle which has a hard exterior and a soft interior. This insect has a very delicate form, but with an important functional aspect.
Although GamFratesi and GUBI are the geniuses behind the original, they’re flattered that their design has taken off. “It is an honour for us to see the chair often in very different contexts and unexpected variations, but always keeping the unique and recognizable spirit of the beetle.”
In keeping with the soft hues of Spring sunsets, have a look at these other options now available from Chair Crazy.
