MENU: The New 2019 Collections
MENU believes in Connected Spaces. Spaces that unite our worlds through design – and make our transitions from one place to another seamless, interesting and enjoyable.
MENU’s new seasonal collections do just this – connecting us in the spaces we find ourselves each day. As part of the new collection, you will find the latest furniture, lighting and accessories to style your everyday spaces.
Let’s take a closer look at some of our favourites from the new MENU collection:
The Harbour Lounge Chair
The new Harbour Lounge Chair has the minimalist expression as its predecessors. Resting on a solid wood frame, offered in natural, dark stained or black oak and walnut, its embracing shell is available upholstered in a range of tactile yet durable fabrics in contemporary colourways.
The Co Lounge Chair
The Co Lounge Chair is a new and lightweight lounger with exceptional sitting comfort. The Co Lounge Chair is comfortable and light, making it the perfect addition to any lounge setting. The beautiful design enhances interior spaces rather than demanding attention in a room.
The JWDA Floor Lamp
Part of a collection of lighting inspired by traditional oil lamps, the JWDA Floor Lamp takes the expression of the collection’s table lamp to elegant new heights. Pared back to its purest form, the lamp is a study in the contrasts of natural materials: set on a substantial marble base, rounded at the edges for a soft expression, the elegant tubular metal
stem – available in brushed or bronzed solid brass – holds an elliptical opal glass shade that emits a soft, ambient light.
The TR Collection
The TR Collection brings beauty to modern spaces with its elegant opal glass bulb and transformative geometric fixtures. The TR Bulb is a clever solution for modern city living,
inspired by our increasingly nomadic lives, moving between cities and countries to pursue life experiences.
The Aer Vase
Bringing a new perspective to traditional vases, Aer’s rippled silhouette is perfect for admiring from afar and exploring up close. Designed for MENU by Gabriel Tan, his innate appreciation of simplicity, sculptural beauty and functionality come together on Aer.
The Nimbus Mirror
A mirror isn’t merely purely functional: since ancient times, they have reflected the style of a period – framed by ornate Baroque flourishes or Gothic arches and the simple lines of the Bauhaus movement. MENU’s latest iteration takes the fundamentals of the mirror into the modern age. Encompassed by a halo-like bronzed or polished brass ring, held in place by decorative screws, the circular mirror adds to the sense of light and space in a room.
The Gravel Rug
A well-designed product starts with the material, according to designer Nina Bruun, who has designed Gravel Rug for MENU, a natural wool rug with a soft handle. Using nature as the starting point, the design focuses on wool and its inherent qualities.
