House Tour: Throwing Shade
The stark used of black, white and charcoal casts light along the walls in a dramatic throw of shade that we absolutely love. Minimalism at its very best, we see top-to-bottom photography taking over.
Clean lines and a passion for statement photography encapsulates this home. While the dining/living room opts for a white-washed feel, the rest of this home becomes darker and bolder as we reach the bedroom. Dark and daring, the various shades of charcoal create a cozy bedroom.
Concrete and light wood flooring helps to break the monotony of a single colour, as well as adding depth to the space. Plenty of texture in the rugs and fabrics also aids this cause.
Our favourite accent is the floor-to-ceiling photograph that will have anyone captured from the moment they step in.
