This precinct features new buildings that enhance the city of Bloemfontein, creating a new CBD and gateway to Loch Logan Waterfront. The extension of Loch Logan Waterfront is the central component of this urban solution. The retail bridge extends the mall over Henry Street, leading to a grand entrance on Nelson Mandela Boulevard. New atriums provide natural light and vertical circulation. Office towers have been designed for commercial businesses. The goal is to create a unique high-street shopping experience on 2nd Avenue and an internal mall shopping experience at Loch Logan.
