Overlooking Chris Saunders Park in Umhlanga, this prestigious upmarket commercial development has five levels and features creative and functional Suspended and Flush Plastered Ceilings and Bulkheads.

This was one of the first large scale commercial projects where our 8mm JUMBO Multi-Purpose Ceiling Boards in 1.0 metre lengths were specified and used for all of the Fixed Ceilings and Bulkheads. JUMBO Drywall Partitions were used throughout the building as well.

Pelican Systems is a ceiling and partitioning specialist supplier. It is a family owned and run business started by Rodney Gould and borne out of his contracting business, Rod Gould Shopfitters, over 50 years ago.

Ceilings include both suspended and flush plastered options as well as bulkheads, shadowline trims, cornice and insulation for commercial and residential ceilings.

Pelican Systems has 76mm and 90mm Drywall Partitioning as well as FireWALL’s and Toilet Partitions including timber and aluminium doors and a range of accessories and hardware items for the specialist ceiling and partition contractor.
