Hogai bold personalities
Known for its bold designs, Hogai is a popular choice for homeowners and designers looking for stand-out furniture and home accessories that pack a design punch.
“At Hogai we believe in joy and colour,” says the company. “We create bold forms for bold personalities. All our pieces are designed to make a statement.”
And the company’s standing mirrors are no different.
Made for the colour confident, Hogai’s range of standing mirrors comes in a variety of colours, from firetruck red and cobalt blue to zingy orange, emerald green and powder pink. As well as more toned-down pastel and neutral hues for the more minimalist inclined.
There is the Player Mirror free-standing mirror which was designed to inject interiors with joy and creativity and the Artist Mirror with its sophisticated design.
“This large, standing, spectacular mirror can make for an expressive piece in any type of space. It was designed for a bedroom, living room or hall. It will work in both large and small spaces – it will brighten them by adding light. Its modern shape is a combination of the minimalist functionalism of the Bauhaus style and the postmodern, energetic aesthetics of the Memphis Group. The unique form is created by a geometric, spatial frame, finished with a detail in the form of graphic stripes in three colours that surprise, add energy and enhance the depth of the mirror,” says Hogai of the Player Mirror.
The free-standing Artist Mirror, meanwhile, has a sophisticated asymmetric shape that compliments any space.
“Its modern shape is a combination of the minimalist functionalism of the Bauhaus style and the postmodern, energetic aesthetics of the Memphis Group. Its unusual form is determined by an irregular, geometric and spatial frame, finished with a detail in the form of graphic stripes in three colours that add energy and enhance the depth of the mirror,” explains Hogai.
Lastly, there is the slightly smaller free-standing Cellist Mirror with its funky design.
“This mirror is an unusual object that will visually enrich the interior, regardless of its character,” says Hogai.
“We were inspired by the minimalism and function of the Bauhaus style and the postmodern aesthetics of the Memphis Group. The body of this mirror is a complex form of a spatial frame, finished with a detail in the form of graphic stripes in three colours that surprise, add energy and enhance the depth of the mirror.”
