GOF Furniture
Whether you prefer your Martini shaken or stirred, GOF Furniture has the perfect bar stool to enjoy it on.
To help you choose the correct bar stool for your space, here the company shares a few tips for selecting the perfect perch.
- Select the correct height bar stool
For a comfy seat, be sure to measure the height from the floor to the underside of the counter or bench. Once you have this measurement, look for a stool that allows a 20 to 30cm clearance between the seat and the underside of the counter or bench.
Adjustable stools are a great option as they can be moved up or down to ensure a comfortable experience for the user.
Try the Nifty Bar Stool made of selected PU leather, foam, chromium-plated steel and plywood with built-in lumbar support and height-adjustable lever.
2. Consider the size
Bar stools come in a variety of sizes, from large plush seats with back and armrests to minimalist stool designs with small seats. When choosing your bar stool, keep the area in mind – there should ideally be 60cm of space between each stool for ease of movement.
Try the Vertigo Bar Stool with its luxurious and comfortable leather seat that’s ideal for long dining hours or social gatherings.
3. Choose a style that suits the rest of your decor
From contemporary to rustic, rattan, wood, metal and plastic, there are as many bar stool designs as there are cocktails to choose from. Choose one that suits the decor scheme in your home for a stylish addition. Also keep required features, such as whether or not you require a backrest or armrests, in mind.
Try the Succulent Bar Stool for a contemporary look or the Banita Metal Bar Stool for a more rustic scheme.
