Renovated by Double G Studio, the 290 sqm space was reconfigured into two levels — a primary living area and a private mezzanine studio. The thoughtful layout allows for a balance between shared family spaces and private retreats, ideal for modern living.

Original Haussmannian features like cornices and moldings were carefully restored, while noble materials such as Calcutta marble and American walnut add warmth and tactility.
